Aresa's portrait of flowers and birdby ~EllyTheGee

A little random picture I got inspired by this wonderful image

of one of my inspirations

*WingedHippocampus I made it for ~SupaSilver

For the beginning of this year I wanted try something. Instead of the usual black lineart I used color gradient as lineart. Not that much but it's something new.
_{I generally have a lack of drawing birds but ... I shouldn't look that much to the details ... back to the description}
Inspired by *WingedHippocampus I start drawing a portrait of ~SupaSilver's character Aresa. Important was the chose of the flowers - I chose an exotic flower named Plumeria - and an exotic bird e.g the Quetzal. All in one it makes a little composition of the portrait includes the flower elements and other details.

Time for a Critique! Time for bad English!

First the Pose!

The perspektive of the face is good set.

And the Hand looks good to!

The Bird also good drawed!

Now Colouring!

The Colours are good set.

The Flowers looks so inviting and fluffy =3

I like Ariesas eyes so lovley and cute! ^.^

But iam wondering why you didnt do them like on the inspiration picture. I whould like to see that but what ever.

The Shading and light are so soft and beatiful! (Like always)

I like that you draw with coloured lines its looks cool and makes it a bit preety. ( i also drawed with coloured lines sometimes so i know what iam talking about! :3)

The White Balls makes this more relaxing.

That was my critique! Please dont be so mad becasue of my ranking with the stars! Iam very strictly with the star raiting!
Your an better artsit then me anyway! Mach weiter so Elly, ich freu mich auf deine Kunst 2013!
